Satori's alignment focused Vinyasa practice is a flowing sequence of asanas (poses) usually built around the classical Surya Namaskar (sun salutation). A strong connection between breath and movement creates a moving meditation to relax the mind while energizing the body. Classes may be faster or slower paced depending on the instructor. Expect music (sometimes upbeat) to inspire movement and personal power. Props may be used for support. Vinyasa Flow builds strength, concentration, confidence and flexibility. Classes are suitable for all levels, but some yoga experience is helpful.
