More explanation and direction is offered to deepen your experience of yoga in a calm, relaxed and safe atmosphere. For those who have never done yoga before and those who want to renew their practice. Focus is on building a solid foundation of poses and breath work and gaining self-confidence. Yoga Fundamentals provides the newer yoga student and, even the seasoned practitioner looking to refresh, detailed instruction on the proper alignment of base yoga postures to safely build the strength and knowledge to move forward in yoga. In addition to the class focusing on alignment and preparing you for other major asanas included in vinyasa flow class, yoga etiquette and basic yoga breathing technique will be covered.
