This series provides a foundation and confidence to begin your Vinyasa yoga practice and to attend regular classes with more confidence and ease. Gain a better understanding on the basics of alignment in yoga postures common in both Vinyasa and Hatha flow classes. Learn to become aware of your body, breath, and mind in a safe and supportive environment.

Week One: Modern Day Vinyasa and Chatarunga

Week Two: Standing Asanas

Week Three: Forward Bends

Week Four: Backbends & Twists

This series is for students brand new to yoga and those interested in brushing up on the fundamentals.

Cost: $108 for series, with 3 passes regularly scheduled classes.
