Strong Flow: A physically challenging vinyasa (flow) class that will strengthen, energize and calm body, mind, and spirit. Be prepared to sweat, engage, move dynamically and touch on all yoga pose families, such as twists, backbends, forward folds, standing poses and inversions. All while paying careful attention to alignment and breath.
